Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the Kingdom.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders,

About You
Provides and implements strategies to handle identified issues in the future.
Finds solutions to abstract problems in unique situations that require intricate analysis and evaluation of ambiguous factors.
Regularly interacts inside and outside the organization with executive level management and works toward a strategic objective
Leads proactive, open, respectful, and inclusive discussions inside and outside the organization about addressing requirements, meeting internal and/or external client needs, and organization-wide implications of that work.
Partners with executive leadership (e.g., VPs, SVPs) to develop the strategic direction
Drives creativity and innovation across the company by promoting cross-team collaboration, creating and communicating a vision to inspire breakthrough ideas, leveraging expertise and new technology, and encouraging the same behaviour in others.
Leads high level, timely, appropriate, ethical, and strategic decision-making requiring alignment across the organization
Leads the organization to determine which tasks are most important and communicates vision for priority changes.
Develops, mentors, and motivates leaders across the department and adjacent departments to seek opportunities for continuous learning and improvement
Effectively leverages expert knowledge of technologies, strategies, industry, competitors, and market segments as well as product knowledge to drive the development of long-term, critical market/product line business plans and overall strategy across the department
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
10+ years of experience in a semiconductor/technology company
5+ years’ experience in technical marketing, product management or customer account management
Successfully developed and managed a business segment
English and Arabic languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong insight into key trends & digitalization needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong technology background
Strong self-starter with the ability to build a network within the organization and ability to manage deadlines and priorities
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Insight into emerging business models
Financial analysis skills
