About The Role

You will hold the full scope of responsibilities from vendor relations to service experience to our employees, guests and partners. You will create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic & functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety and fun.

  • Be a part of the team and owner of Workplace domains, administrative support and organizational effectiveness.
  • Solve tickets and facilities related issues while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently
  • Enhance employee experience within our great office environment
  • Help plan and execute any facility related project such as: events at the office, employee moves etc
  • Monitor and manage facilities systems, such as; help center (CMMS) and office space management while providing a timely response to any office emergency situations and out of normal business hours
  • Source & manage office vendors and relationships over time
  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projects
Your Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles minimum of 3 years (fast pace environment – big plus)
  • Previous experience in facilities related projects, such as employee moves etc
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic environment: facilities management, workplace service providers and housekeeping team.
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
