• Oversee the financial operations of the manufacturingplant within the HSS business unit.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financialperformance and improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internalcontrols.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to supportdecision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the HSSbusiness unit to drive financial initiatives and process improvements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial managementor a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, andforecasting.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance andcost efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations andcompliance.
