What to Expect • Return missed phone calls and emails promptly. • Receive stock, pick, ship and transact materials inventory to support the needs of vehicle service. • Accurately record parts transactions and data into Dealer Management System – attention to detail critical. • Escalate any issues that need to be addressed to correct any inbound packaging issues from our internal and external suppliers. • Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials. • Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival time, including regular updates. • Follow up with customer on parts order and ensure complete satisfaction with the order.
What You’ll Do 職務說明: • 回覆相關問題來電及電郵 • 接收及運送不同物資和管理庫存,以有效支援售後服務及零件供應 • 準確而詳細地記錄問題到經銷商管理系統 • 分析和解決所有內外供應商的運送及包裝等問題 • 詳細地記錄維修或跟進時間、費用及物料使用。 • 與零件供應商議定運送物料及時間,並定時更新報告 • 執行其他被指派的相關任務
What You’ll Bring 其他條件: • 對汽車維修保養等技術知識有基本概念 • 具有零件, 物料管理相關經驗 • 了解基本汽車操作、設備和維修方法 • 明白經銷商的業務流程 • 能操作DMS系統及MS Office 軟件 • 至少3年物資和物流管理經驗 • 良好的英文及中文書寫能力
