Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of solving complex interaction problems across multiple platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving.
- Deep experience with communicating complex concepts and designs ideas through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes.
- Experience with communicating ideas effectively to various teams using storytelling, visuals, and presentations.
- 5+ years of design experience with a focus on web or macOS interfaces.
- Demonstrated success in balancing technical data constructs with user requirements.
- Proficiency in using Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, and similar tools.
- Expertise documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and quality checking implementation against design intent.
- Experience in handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and change.
- Passion for Apple, our products, and our customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing internal tools or software for creative professionals.
- Experience designing big data enterprise tools.
- Outstanding ability to lead and present a design-first vision.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across an organization.
- Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
