Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer-facing environment (onboarding customers, building and maintaining a business pipeline) and with the Taiwan market.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with Taiwan domestic businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
Track record of exceeding sales goals.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
