As a Data Scientist associate Senior within the Marketing Analytics division, you will drive data-driven strategies and deliver insights that shape marketing initiatives, with direct impact at the executive level.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to enhance data quality and minimize redundancy.
- Simplify and integrate complex data sets for seamless cross-organizational use.
- Transform data into strategic insights and present compelling narratives to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Lead the production, optimization, and automation of key reports.
- Analyze marketing data to uncover customer behavior and trends across channels.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing OKRs on business performance.
- Strategically manage and enhance key marketing reports to support business objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance/Stats/Econ/Math/Engineering) or equivalent work/training.
- Seven years of analytics experience, with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning and statistical methods.
- Experience in analytical languages (Python, SAS, etc.) and relational databases (SQL, Snowflake, Teradata).
- Strong communication skills to present to and collaborate with business partners.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, which will require the ability to synthesize/analyze diverse information and develop recommendations from observed outcomes.
- Ability to create and own principal work streams that have major impacts on business health.
