What you will be doing
- Manage and monitor the overall logistics cost budget, providing monthly and annual cost analysis reports.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of logistics cost KPIs, including e-commerce sales logistics.
- Drive and lead regional Logistics Solution Projects by collaborating with country logistics teams across the AP region.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for logistics operations.
- Act as the Vendor Management Officer (VMO) for logistics vendors in the AP region.
- Lead discussions on the regional logistics Mid-Range Plan (MRP) and Operating Budget (OB).
- Organize and facilitate Regional Logistics Meetings to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing within the AP region.
- Support contract negotiations across the region and provide strategic recommendations for decision-making.
- Participate in solution-driven projects by identifying performance gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics Control, Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a similar domain.
- In-depth understanding of the consumer business landscape and logistics industry trends in the AP region.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Cloud-based platforms and AI technologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
