Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serves as the manufacturing engineering lead for one or more of the Arden Hills manufacturing value streams or functional teams.
- Provides direction and guidance to technician and engineering staff who exercise significant latitude and independence in their assignments.
- Aligns resources and identifies opportunities for improvement within the existing processes and systems.
- Builds strong relationships and collaborates with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, Supplier Engineering, and Process Development functions.
- Ensures that inputs from all customers are understood, plans are appropriately developed, and drives accountability and execution to plans.
- Utilizes excellent communication skills, demonstrating leadership communicating both up and down the organization.
- Influences, guides, and manages internal/external resources to achieve program goals.
- Provides significant guidance and approval regarding technical strategies and approaches.
- Recruits, coaches, and develops organizational talent.

- Develops, monitors, and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for one or more functional areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering discipline
- 5+ years of related work experience
- 2 + years of supervisory / management experience
- Demonstrated track record of project management execution
- Proven successful leadership experience
- Experience with manufacturing process improvement and production tools (i.e. LEAN, DMAIC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in engineering or business
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing
- Ability to communicate at various levels of the organization
