What you'll do...


What you'll do:

  • Develop technical requirements based on the needs of business stakeholder to help prioritize work for engineering and design.
  • Partner closely with engineering and system design teams to ensure technical solutions best meet business requirements.
  • Cross-functionally manage projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level leadership updates on status of in-flight projects to ensure proper visibility and escalate blockers that may impact delivery timelines.

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally within a big organization.
  • Strong communication skills. Must be comfortable with both verbal and written communication to various technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Walmart leadership.
  • Prior experience with Agile software development methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience as a TPM, Software Developer, or other technical role.
