What you’ll be doing:
Lead mechanical design of new products and systems, Using CAD software Creo to create 2D and 3D models.
Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to make sure product reliability, and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing peoples to integrate components to product.
Propose and implement innovative solution to mechanical challenges, reduce cost, enhance product performance and quality.
Plan and execute mechanical testing, analyze test data to evaluate product quality and performance.
Lead manufacturing personnel to investigate issue root-cause, schedule and conduct engineering validation in assembly line.
Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, coordinate with suppliers for procurement of mechanical components, setting manufacturing timelines. Make sure parts delivery on time.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory manufacturing and successful product development.
Fluent English (both written and spoken), effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Proficiency in PTC Creo design
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Fluent oral English, mandarin is plus
Self-active, aggressive and think critically.
Good at PTC Creo, strong mechanical knowledge
