- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields. 8 years full-time Software Engineering work experience + at least 2-years full-time Engineer Management experience, WHICH INCLUDES technical software engineering experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Programming language (e.g. C, C++, Java, Python, or Go)
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
3. Strong technical background and hands-on experience in designing & building robust engineering platforms/products.
4. A track record of delivering results in fast-paced and highly ambiguous environments.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

1. A strong business sense and an ability to challenge and effectively partner with product managers and business stakeholders.
2. 10+ years full-time Software Engineering experience with at least 2-years full-time Engineer Management experience
3. Experience in communications platform or growth and marketing space building platforms or products is a plus.
