Job responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Interface and partner with JP Morgan Bankers and Treasury Management Officers to stay connected on prospect relationships across our lines of business.
  • Develop strategic relationships with operational and executive staff within assigned prospect accounts to ensure effective coverage.
  • Lead Business Development activities to achieve the annual revenue plan, including preparing Strategic Business Reviews and creating and preparing client presentations.
  • Manage client onboarding including preparing, delivering, and processing onboarding project plans, customer terms and conditions, order forms, and additional contract items.
  • Ensure good Salesforce hygiene related to customer account information and sales opportunities and pipeline. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes. Document all activities in Salesforce relevant to the position, in an accurate and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in a business development role.
  • Display excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with team members and cross-functional departments.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in setting expectations and managing sensitive situations.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits ability to be detail-oriented and comfortable with researching and following written instructions to ensure necessary operational tasks associated with this role are completed timely and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Experience in healthcare technology
  • Experience in merchant services
  • Familiarity with Epic EHR
