• Take full ownership and accountability for the delivery of accounting services across OTC, R2R, and FP&A, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and mentor the accounting team through the entire financial cycle, from data collection and validation to analysis and reporting on business performance.
• Champion the use of advanced accounting tools and technologies, such as Workday, Anaplan, High Radius, Blackline, ServiceNow (SNOW), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Tableau, Power BI, and GenAI, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Cultivate a culture of professional growth, teamwork, and exceptional performance within the accounting team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to optimize accounting processes and swiftly resolve issues.
• Perform analytics on project performance, costing, revenue recognition, and other key financial metrics.
• Communicate fluently and confidently with senior client leaders, preparing impactful business presentations supported by data and analysis.
• Monitor accounting metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior management on the health and progress of accounting initiatives.
• Act as a business partner to client business leaders, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
• Train and develop accounting team members to build a high-performing team.• Proven leadership and accountability in service delivery.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing accounting functions in large or mid-sized organizations with multiple business segments.
• Experience in multi-dimensional analytics related to customers, vendors, margins, and cost of delivery.
• Proficient understanding of service management optics and experience managing service delivery against key metrics.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on delivering results.
• Working knowledge of Workday and prior experience with Workday implementation is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
