Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coverage & Portfolio Management – Responsible for covering wealth advisors (and their clients) with regard to their income allocations; advising on portfolio positioning, performance, product platform, markets etc. Requires knowledge of key risks and themes being expressed across the global fixed income team and how they play a role within a broader asset allocation.
• Marketing & Business Development – Responsible for oversight of team content; regular marketing materials, thematic pieces, bespoke client materials/ pitches, website, and thinking strategically about engaging the Wealth channel.
• Product Development – Work to evolve the platform based on industry trends, market environment, client needs
• Division-wide Collaboration (across Trading, Research, ESG, Product, Strats, Technology teams) to best equip the CFI team to cover our client base efficiently and effectively
• Education and Training - Train advisors on the product platform and markets
• Project Management – Engage on a variety of projects related to product development and portfolio management

Key Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in fixed income
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, fixed income markets, and a desire/ability to gain in-depth knowledge of fund and separately managed account (SMA) positioning, risk, and performance
• Excellent communication, commercial and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, well organized, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
