Strategic Marketing Leader, Sleep and Respiratory Care
Your role:
- Develop and implement 18 month rolling integrated marketing plan based on SRC business strategy in China
- Drive demand generation and clinical value selling to ensure that business performance is being delivered according to stretch plan, such as market share, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI and strategic partnership development
- Champion the voice of GC customer, provide local insights about markets, competition and trends to drive portfolio marketing
- Work closely with Global Category Leader in determining product and service local for local portfolio for China market according to 3-year strategic plan, set up and execute roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates
- Lead the development of new business models, new channels and risk sharing partnerships in collaboration with top KOLs in China
- Partner with Head of SRC GCR and SRC Global Marketing, Business Category Leader, SRC global clinical team, and GC Marketing hub to build the handshake and ongoing performance management against plan
- Lead GC Marketing Team to develop marketing competencies and upgrade marketing capabilities
- A&P management responsibility
You're the right fit if:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of healthcare industry experience
- Strong experience in in healthcare or MedTech products or solutions, clinical/professional marketing or sales
- Experience as an integrator to work in a business with complex market/channel structures, and professional channels required significant development
- Adept at senior stakeholder management and able to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Strong leadership in building a high performing and cohesive team
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in Mandarin and English
