5 years of experience leading a sales, digital, or marketing strategy and plan.
Experience building and influencing end-client relationships at the executive decision-making level, managing pipeline, customer plans and pitching to the end customer cross functionally.
Experience leading sales teams.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in managing and developing high performance sales teams.
Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.
Understanding of insights and knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising and the competitor landscape across media advertising.
Ability to collaborate with senior Director and VP stakeholders to drive customer value across Google to drive joint-partnership plans with customer C-levels.
