8+ years of content creation and strategy experience, in the technology sector, preferably with a SaaS product
Proven track record of developing successful content strategies
Strong understanding of digital journeys, persuasive copywriting and content optimization techniques
Excellent editorial and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content
