What you will do
Help design, enhance, and maintain the upstream CI and continuous delivery (CD) toolset with a focus on OpenDev Infra, RDO, OpenStack Operators and Zuul CI projects
Work closely with the OpenStack engineering team
Debug and isolate faults in our offerings in complex integration environments
Analyze metrics and data to refine and improve the CI and CD processes
Assist with building out and maintaining the infrastructure for scaling OpenStack CI
What you will bring
Development and scripting abilities in Python, Bash, etc.
Experience with source code control tools like Git (GitHub/Gerrit)
Good system understanding and troubleshooting capabilities
Written and verbal communication skills, fluent English language skills
Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of current Cl tools and technologies and to quickly learn and use new tools and technologies
Understanding of container and micro services technology, hands on experience with Openshift and Kubernetes is a big plus
Familiarity with build tools and Cl systems like Zuul CI or Jenkins is a big plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly distributed and multi-cultural environment, both independently and as a part of a self-organizing team
