Corporate Finance Analyst, Planning & PerformanceYour role:

• Frontline support to the Company CFO on financial analysis, and modeling.

• Responsible for the financial analysis of results, forecasts, variances, and trends.

• Participate in financial processes of Monthly Closing, Annual Operation Planning, Forecast, Strategic Planning, Investor Release, etc.

• Conduct deep dive analyses and prepare management presentations to explain under- or over-performance and recommendations to ensure clarity and optimal decision-making.

• Undertake finance transformation initiatives and the voice of customer projects to create and improve processes and reports.

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships across the organization to understand the business and the needs of partners and internal customers.

• Continuously look at opportunities to optimize processes and models used, to provide more timely and relevant insights.

You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:

• 3-5 years of work experience in Finance.

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.

• Experienced in reporting systems and Finance cycles with a solid understanding of Business Finance and/or Corporate finance.

• Strong financial and business acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.

• Strong interpersonal skills, feeling comfortable while interacting with executive-level management, and being able to present complex analysis with clarity.

• Ability to work independently, eye for details, and resilience to pressure, must be able to work in a deadline-driven environment.

• Creative problem-solving skills and thinking strategically, as well as tactically.

• A strong team player, able to conduct robust dialogues and solicit others’ contributions to come to productive conclusions and proposals.
