What you'll do...


What you'll do:

- Design, develop and deploy retail solutions at scale with high Operational Excellence.

- Lead initiatives from requirements analysis and design to post launch support adding value to Walmart store associates and shoppers.

What you'll bring:

- Ability to design solutions at scale involving multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to develop conducive/fluid ui experience while keeping clean backend design.

- Expertise in Operational Excellence. Make Operational Excellence a first class citizen from design to implementation to post launch.

- Have exceptional coding skills and embody the principles of SOLID. Ability to write code without accumulating technical debt.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and innovate at scale.

- Ability to disagree but commit to deliver on short and long term strategy.

- Proven track record of solving for issues at root using automation and self-service.
