Your role:

• Gather and define requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with UI/UX design, software R&D, service, quality, regulatory, marketing, and customers.

• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform future product releases

• Co-creating our overall software roadmap.

• Prioritize software features, enabling enhancements, security updates, and bug fixes based upon business and customer value, time to market, and resource availability.

• Define release plans and schedules, ensuring committed delivery of product increments.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure, analyze, report, and optimize scrum team velocity and quality by using team performance data to make data-driven decisions.

• Create, maintain, and prioritize software backlog.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in software development with a proven ability to define product requirements and manage a product backlog.

• Your skills include a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, SW Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• You’re an excellent communicator, presenter, and leader as well as a strong analytical problem solver You also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
