We’re looking for a hands-on SEM Manager to own and manage our global search marketing campaigns across Google and Bing Ads.  What you'll do: 
-  Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of global SEM campaigns across Google and Bing Ads. 
 -  Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI, with clearly defined success metrics. 
 -  Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign performance and continuously integrate innovative search strategies. 
 -  Manage multilingual and multicultural campaign strategies, ensuring localization and relevance across global markets. 
 -  Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product marketing, and global teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions. 
 -  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to keep our strategy ahead of the curve. 
 
 What you have: 
-  2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing global SEM campaigns. 
 -  Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of how AI is transforming the search industry. 
 -  Proficiency in AI-driven marketing, with hands-on experience using machine learning and automation tools. 
 -  Experience managing campaigns across multiple languages and regions. 
 -  Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data, reporting, and translating insights into performance improvements. 
 -  Excellent communication and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
