We’re looking for a hands-on SEM Manager to own and manage our global search marketing campaigns across Google and Bing Ads. This role is perfect for someone passionate about paid search, data-driven, and eager to integrate AI into every aspect of their work. You’ll be part of our high-performing paid team, working with talented marketers to push boundaries, drive measurable impact, and execute campaigns in 10 languages. What you'll do:

  • Own the execution, optimization, and scaling of global SEM campaigns across Google and Bing Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI, with clearly defined success metrics.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign performance and continuously integrate innovative search strategies.
  • Manage multilingual and multicultural campaign strategies, ensuring localization and relevance across global markets.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product marketing, and global teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.

What you have:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing global SEM campaigns.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of how AI is transforming the search industry.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven marketing, with hands-on experience using machine learning and automation tools.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple languages and regions.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data, reporting, and translating insights into performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in ad tech / the mobile marketing ecosystem or using AppsFlyer in the past
