- 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Display technology manufacturing processes and failure modes, including display technology test coverage and instruments used for high-volume production.
- Identifying test station issues and production process drifts from manufacturing test data.
- Manufacturing testing for cost reduction, including performance testing and test coverage scoping.
- Performing test design review, including failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Vendor management to support manufacturing operations, including resource planning, technical training, equipment readiness, regular reporting and defining escalation paths.
- Conceptualizing lens tester design and conducting DFM review.
