This specific role will be leading Solution Architects that are specialized in AWS Migration and Modernization portfolio of services including Oracle, Mainframe, VMWare, Microsoft workloads, Containers, Serverless technologies.Other Key CharacteristicsSales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)Key job responsibilities
• Hire, on-board, coach, and develop new Solutions Architects from internal and external sources.
• Develop mechanisms, and tools that enable fast engagement with customers and track key metrics, and KPIs for your team.
• Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further the adoption of AWS services in the market.
• Lead a Customer Obsessed business that delights our customers and aids in their innovation.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies to achieve customer outcomes.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
• Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices. Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.About the team

- 9+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- Experience on Software Development or Leading project of migrating workloads to the Cloud.
- Technical knowledge of Cloud Services and usage .
- Proficiency of written and spoken English
- Professional Control of Spanish
- Bachelor Degree on Technical Fields
