Headcount Management:
- Manage and track employee headcount across departments.
- Work closely with HR to ensure that staffing levels align with business needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for resource allocation based on headcount data.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Analyze engagement data to identify areas for improvement and work with the Chief of Staff to create actionable plans.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to ensure open communication and foster a positive work culture.
Business Tracking & Reporting:
- Oversee the creation, tracking, and alignment of OKRs across the org.
- Develop and maintain systems to track progress toward organizational goals.
- Report on OKR progress to leadership and identify areas of risk or opportunity.
- Collaborate with department leads to ensure that team OKRs are aligned with company-wide objectives.
Business Operations Optimization:
- Continuously assess business operations for areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Monitor the organization’s overall budget to ensure we stay on track.
