Job Responsibilities

As a Fraud Specialist IV, you will:

  • Assist the Fraud Supervisor to develop and lead a team of Specialists
  • Lead by example and coach on key behaviors to drive results
  • Identify ways to support inclusion and diversity
  • Effectively prioritize work, and approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Operates with urgency and meet deadlines
