Job Responsibilities
As a Fraud Specialist IV, you will:
- Assist the Fraud Supervisor to develop and lead a team of Specialists
- Lead by example and coach on key behaviors to drive results
- Identify ways to support inclusion and diversity
- Effectively prioritize work, and approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
- Operates with urgency and meet deadlines
- Communicate both verbally and written
