On a typical day, you will

  • Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a wide range of purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
  • Deliver insightful financial and operational modelling to create value for clients.
  • Provide decision support and transaction analytics, managing and preparing valuation reports and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Conduct various forms of analysis for business case development and think critically to identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, understanding their issues, anticipating future opportunities, and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Get to work alongside an enthusiastic and capable team.

  • Financial Modelling & Valuation skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced level of modelling skills.
  • Education: A degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a relevant field, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in modelling and valuation, ideally within the professional services environment. Experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies (market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc.) for different purposes.
  • Communication skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with internal and external contacts.
  • Client deliverables: The ability to write clear and concise reports / client deliverables, including MS PowerPoint experience
  • People development: A commitment to a strong positive team culture and enthusiasm for developing and coaching junior team members.
