This role sits within the Customer Transformation Office (CTO) of the Commercial Bank. This team leads the delivery for some of the highest priority initiatives across the Commercial Bank. In this exciting role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and amplify the division's most impactful work, solve complex problems from our distinct vantage point, all while balancing strategy and tactics. Our project work runs the gamut, some examples are: launching new products, leading updates to existing products and features, or leading foundational initiatives that enable growth.

Manage and support cross-functional stakeholders at different levels as they navigate through the Commercial Front Door (CFD) project intake, prioritization and program governance processes. This encompasses ensuring the clarity of the scope of deliverables, timelines, resourcing and budgets meet CFD requirements and identifying risks & issues to mitigate and / or escalate as needed
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure CFD participants deliver on intent and maintain key project governance documentation
Participate and sometimes lead regular meetings supporting CFD routines
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters degree
At least 4 years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Experience working on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts
