Make Annual / quarterly sales plan, required promotional activity, program planning, inventory & ranging plan, sales approach, etc and partner with Account Managers to drive those plans and address any gap.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years experience in retail operations or sales management
Experience of managing large and diverse teams based out of different geographies and at reseller stores.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration / Sales.
Preferred Qualifications
Monitor vendor staffing performance at the territory level, partner with Assisted Sales team to plan and continue to bring innovation in the program. Ensuring optimum target setting and driving higher velocity.
Review store level business performance with resellers’ Regional / Zonal managers, National managers and influence to get required support for business.
