As a Field Service Engineer, (FixedTerm, one year contract)
Your role
Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Assisting in-service repair, preventative maintenance, and field changeorders/installations.
Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.
Operating under the required knowledge of regulatory requirement development.
Depending on business performance and the market may be defined other lines of development.
As a Field Serviceengineeryou will be working as a team member of Service delivery team and reporting to Service Delivery Manager
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.
You are the right fit if you have:
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology and relevant education.
Previous hands-on experience servicing medical equipment. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills inlocal languageand good level of English.
Driving license, no obstacle for travel.
