What you’ll be spending your time on:
- Guiding customers through the onboarding process, offering basic walkthroughs of Payoneer's platform, and grasping SMB customer demands.
- Cultivating a sales pipeline of SMB customers in APAC interested in Payoneer payment solutions.
- Prioritizing B2B customer acquisition by showcasing Payoneer’s features, benefits, and value proposition, becoming a Payoneer Product Expert.
- Employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer business needs and position Payoneer's value proposition accordingly.
- Collaborating with Payoneer’s operations team to finalize customer onboarding and enable new services.
- Managing key deals negotiated by senior business development managers while overseeing your pipeline.
- Gathering and sharing customer feedback with relevant internal stakeholders.
For this role, you have:
- 2-4 years of prior experience in consultative sales within fintech or ecommerce organizations.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing established business goals.
- Experience in leading negotiations with owners and key stakeholders in sales organizations.
- Comfort with managing internal operational processes related to client onboarding.
- Proficiency in email communication, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated advocacy for customers within the organization in past roles.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is required and proficiency in an additional Asian language considered a plus
