In this role, you will:* Learn and research the business needs* Collect customers’ requirements and translate them into detailed user flows and specifications addressing real pain points* Define and document the workflows that best serve customers’ needs and SW architecture* Scope and prioritize activities based on business and development impact* Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver the best solutions within quick turnaround times* This job requires evening discussions with customers
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in user-centered app/web product management
- SW development/engineering background, knowledge of web technologies and development processes
- Experience in high-level product design - user stories, user flows, mockups, wire-framing
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in ERP systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong visual aesthetics sense
