Description
- Understand the Reseller partners’ supply chain model & market dynamics- Hold regular reviews with partners, Sales and Reseller Operations account managers (CSAMs)- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders- Utilise reporting to identify trends and address pro-actively- Drive increased Reseller and logistic carrier self-service- Ensure adherence of key Resellers' contractual requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Good prioritization & time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive flawless execution to tight deadlines
- Excellent social, influencing, commercial & organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise execution
- Practical & focused approach to problem solving and process improvement

- Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant operations experience
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate, analyse and present data to a broad audience, coupled with good business savvy
- Solution oriented analytical planning skills
- Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility
