What you'll do

  • You support user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights, identify user needs & map customer journeys.
  • You support the creation of wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that align with design guidelines & user-centered design principles.
  • You collaborate with the UX team & product owners to contribute to the design process, ensuring consistency and excellence in the user interactions.
  • You participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to provide input and feedback.
  • You communicate and present research insights and designs to the UX team and product owners.

What you bring

  • Student in Interaction Design / Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Communication Design, Product Design or related fields
  • Passionate about user experience and a desire to learn and grow in the UX field
  • Basic knowledge of user research methods & tools
  • Basic knowledge of design tools
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Ability to turn concepts into concrete visuals and iterating them
  • Team player, enthusiastic & open-minded, customer-oriented, self-driven & reliable, eager to learn
  • Bonus points: Knowledge in Figma, UI5 and/or SAP Fiori is a plus
