What you'll do

You'll become part of our Life Sciences, Healthcare and Cross Industry Solutions unit and work directly with the leadership team and product managers. Your role will be responsible for shaping and continuously developing the sector's external image and internal identity, both communicatively and visually. You'll be faced with creative and varied tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility:

  • Brand Identity & Branding: You develop visual concepts for our unit – from logos and templates to event branding.
  • Social Media & Communications: You plan, design, and coordinate our content on LinkedIn and internal platforms – including texts, graphics, videos, and storyboards.
  • Leadership Team Support: You create compelling communication materials, presentations, and templates, and support internal and external meetings with content and visuals.
  • Go-to-Market Assets: You create and update GTM assets for our product portfolio.
  • Structure meets creativity: You not only contribute your ideas but also implement them independently and reliably – professionally, in line with our brand, and inspiringly.
  • Customer Requirement Harmonization: You support in a central program, implementing a harmonized customer requirement roll in process for our Industry Products.
  • Learning: The Learning program within the unit has a renewed focus based on Job profile and needs emerging from the respective Job description. Support Learning Program for LSHC (Life Science Healthcare and Cross Industries unit), by bringing together various inputs into specific learning outcomes
  • Product Planning: Support Semester planning exercise. The semester planning is an important activity undertaken in complete sync with various stakeholders and teams within the LSHC unit and the organisation.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: communication, media design, design, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in common design tools
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
  • Initial experience in content creation and social media management (e.g., LinkedIn, internal platforms)
  • Independent, structured working style with high quality standards
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Working partially from Walldorf office is a benefit
