Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program, project, or product management in software development
  • Experience working on Trust and Safety or legal and regulatory initiatives
  • Experience with developer focused products from kick-off to ship
  • Experience collaborating / leading product launches across product, engineering, program management, legal, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to all levels of an organization
  • Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings) with a positive and professional demeanor (you are upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented)
  • 5+ years of regulatory and / or Trust & Safety experience
  • 3+ years (or more) of experience in product management in software marketplace
  • Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
  • Experience tackling complicated and impactful product & business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed product and project decisions
  • Experience turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • Prefer a BS / MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field or at least 5+ years of comparable experience
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
