Senior BI Reporting & Analysis Specialist focuses on the analysis and reporting of the business operations according to the business requirements, tactical goals, and growth targets.
In this role, you will…
- Creation & management of a system of KPIs and analytical dashboards for Customer Success, Business Operations, and Data Control functions and other Business units in accordance with the Department’s commitments.
- Requirement gathering, functional & data analysis.
- Estimation for strategic projects, vendor-driven changes, and business initiatives.
- Generating and communicating activity reports, performance measures, and statistics to appropriate members of management.
- Develop, and coordinate Data Models, Data Quality, ETL processes, and Data distributions.
- Having the ability to understand the technical infrastructure, making connections of what the system can do while ensuring the end user utilizes those benefits.
- Collaborating with commercial leadership to ensure alignment of Support, the readiness of activities/processes, and implementation of KPI and SLA in related systems.
- Maintain KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and advise the leadership team on those risks and opportunities.
- Complying with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Possessing comprehensive knowledge of company processes, procedures, and product information/materials.
- Offering solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
- Reporting all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Human Resources.
- Participating in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company.
- Participating in special projects and/or training when requested.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
In this role, you’ll need …
- 6+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Technical savvy user with strong business analysis knowledge.
Solid understandings of business processes demonstrated by results in cross-functional operations.
3+ years of experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or similar tools.
MS Excel expert level.
Strong data analysis and data mining capabilities including SQL & Python.
Experience in the Data Science field will be a significant plus.
Good interpersonal skills.
