Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years in the technology field with team/people management and strategy experience.
- Experience creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact.
- Experience managing teams across multiple technical and non-technical functional (i.e., Engineering, Product, UX, partnerships, marketing, category management) and working with cross-functional and cross-product area partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating within and/or leading cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, implementation, legal, finance, marketing, etc.).
- Understanding of the shopping and commerce ecosystem, and experience building and scaling consumer or merchant products.
- Understanding of international nuances in the retail ecosystem and experience building products that scale globally but can meet local needs.
- Understanding of social media and advertising ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate complex business or technical concepts.
- Passion for and thought leadership within retail and/or e-commerce.
