20 years of professional experience, including 10 years in the technology field with team/people management and strategy experience.
Experience creating, executing, and delivering against a product roadmap and driving business impact.
Experience managing teams across multiple technical and non-technical functional (i.e., Engineering, Product, UX, partnerships, marketing, category management) and working with cross-functional and cross-product area partners.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience operating within and/or leading cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, implementation, legal, finance, marketing, etc.).
Understanding of the shopping and commerce ecosystem, and experience building and scaling consumer or merchant products.
Understanding of international nuances in the retail ecosystem and experience building products that scale globally but can meet local needs.
Understanding of social media and advertising ecosystems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent and advocate complex business or technical concepts.
Passion for and thought leadership within retail and/or e-commerce.
