Responsibilities include:
Designing programs and operations to effectively drive adoption of IBM technologies at universities
Building experiences that meet learning needs for university audiences globally
Designing programs that have operational rigor and are designed for scale
Managing external stakeholders including non-profit partners, vendors, and influencers
Collaborating with internal executives and stakeholders in technology platform, content, and other cross-functional teams
Reporting program metrics and driving continuous improvements based on lessons learned
- Successful track record of setting up and running large-scale programs with universities around the world
Strong experience in program management including launching and scaling programs, managing stakeholders and operations
Familiarity with generative AI, Kubernetes, and related cloud technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to stretch the role, constantly reimagining what it can deliver
Ability to work effectively across timezones
Strong English language proficiency
Ability to collaborate with current and potential partners, ecosystem colleagues, and fellow marketers to learn, co-create, and share feedback
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization
