Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, GoLang or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of coding experiences around Kuberneters, container infrastructures.
• 4+ years of experiences of operating and maintaining distributed infrastructure.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• • OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript,
  • OR Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experiences in modern monitoring/configure management systems, AND/OR cloud infrastructure.

• Lead a team of engineers to dive deeply into any level or layer of a problem.
• Research emerging technologies, from software to hardware. Evaluate and make recommendations that advance Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Advance the capabilities of Kubernetes and auxiliary components on Azure.
• Initiate and lead projects that advance the quality of service for Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Establish stable communication channels with partners across the Microsoft ecosystem of engineers. Ensures alignment with partners' expectations.
