Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing strategy development and execution for multiple categories used in Microsoft Devices.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of Product Supply Agreements and contractual terms.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, capacity, and technologies to ensure continuity of supply and cost competitiveness.
  • Drive alternate sourcing strategies to improve quality, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to align sourcing decisions with product and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, sourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support resiliency initiatives by qualifying alternate sources and mitigating high-risk components.
