What your day-to-day will look like:
- Work with the Project Team monthly regarding the status of the deliverables of the project.
- Identify and facilitate the appropriate corrective measures, internally and/or externally.
- Controlling manufacturing costs related to a platform
- Perform deviation analysis to OIC, EAC, ETC assigning and supporting the actions for possible adjustments.
- Perform planning and reporting (monthly closing, forecasts, budget planning); identify key drivers impacting manufacturing performance.
- Ownership and creation of offers submitted to Rolling Stock Sales for opportunities. (Change Orders)
- Work with functional teams, (Factory Management, Production, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Controlling, Enterprise Scheduling, Order Management, Performance Controlling, etc.) to drive continuous transparency on bottlenecks impacting the project development and budget achievements.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a major in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting preferred
- 10+ years of validated experience with financial planning, accounting, and finance, with the ability to provide strategic insight through financial metrics
- Sophisticated analytical abilities, financial modeling, strong Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a plus), and strong business modeling skills
- Excellently proven verbal and written communication skills while interacting at all levels of the organization.
