Location: London or Birmingham
Hybrid working: currently 1-2 days in the office per weeks, some travelling


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee the budget, accruals, forecasts, and actual costs of courses. Support monthly/quarterly/annual finance activities.
  • Learning Deployment: Develop and execute learning course deployment plans. Lead the annual course/program schedule creation. Innovate efficient deployment methods and oversee all deployment activities.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Coach Junior Learning Deployment Specialists, manage business area relationships, and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders.
  • Measure Learning: Analyse program feedback and report key insights to the Learning Program Manager.
  • Learning Facilitation: Facilitate Learning Programs as required, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Team Support: Contribute to operational activities, projects, and team events to enhance stakeholder value.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Proven project management experience in learning deployment or coordination, ideally within a Professional Services firm.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and take initiative.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Data management and analysis skills with the ability to provide evidence-based insights.
  • Willingness to drive change and support process improvements.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Prior experience in Learning and Development.
  • Background in professional services or corporate environments.
  • Understanding of EY and EY Talent.
  • Experience working in international and diverse settings.
