Help Account Manager to Identify, analyze and advise customers on their needs in a pro-active way in order to develop new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare Products & Services. Is responsible for providing the sales information as well as the technical information upon customer’s requests (it may require pre-sale product demonstrations capabilities/clinical trial support).
With the customer’s needs, builds/generates a proposal with sales quotation, validates customer’s solution and deal closure on the assigned products in the delimited territory. (Go/No Go Analysis)
Provide presentation, demonstration, business understanding, quoting and sale support.
He/she is responsible for show sites visits in coordination with the local organizations and support the customer visit as needed
He/she takes active part in the organization of user meetings / Medical Advisory board in collaboration with the Product Managers.
He/she works with the Product Marketing Team and the local Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions.
Analyze competition and provide relevant Market Information to Account Manager and Product Marketing Team, including Win/Loss Analysis.
He/she ensures that all products sold are clinically relevant and all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specifications.
He/she provides thought leadership on product optimization and products market positioning
Communicate with local Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met for the clinical evaluation of new software, options, systems before release. He/she is responsible for dissemination of information on Clinical trends, new procedures.
He/she establishes regular and ongoing linkage to the Product Specialist Group.
Responsibilities also include ongoing post-sale customer support including on site clinical
in-servicing and go-live support. (Application training)
He/she resolves the product vs. Application issues.
He/she gives a first level of support to the client. Identify the issue and try to resolve it. If not, takes all the information possible in order to transfer to the support team in order to fix the issue.
Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
He/she ensures knowledge and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.
Understand customer needs, is able to sell and demonstrate GE Products & Services
Creates a personalized relationship with the customers in order to maintain customer satisfaction
Build personalized presentations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how GE solutions can improve the customer's business environment
Engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with clinicians and drive clinical strategy.
Demonstrate, promote & sell assigned products and services within territory ; must be able to demonstrate proficiency in using the products applications in a clinical setting.
Produce sales proposals and quotations using available eTools
Develop, coordinate and deliver product applicative training to customers on software and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
Use market and product knowledge in developing sales, assisting marketing and customer service strategies
Working with sales leaders to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices
Aware and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience or at least 3 years commercial experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios in cardiology, radiology and Surgical solutions
Commercial flair. Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE
Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting, high focus on clinical knowledge.
Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations) ; to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Customer focused/centricity
Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
Influencing skills
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
Willingness to travel within territory and to sales meetings and tradeshows

Experience in Cardiology
Proven track records in clinical applications
Clinical experience in large hospitals
Healthcare business and process knowledge.
Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
Advanced certification/registries desired
Ability to communicate effectively using local language
