The role is based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.
- Lead the group’s engineering teams, working closely with product and design to give our customers the best product:
- Build, together with the group leadership, the strategy, the goals, and the roadmap of the group and product
- Constantly growing the organization - Mentorship of team leads, hiring and onboarding talent, building teams
- Leading the execution of the group, working with groups leaders and tech leadership across monday, to make things happen
Your Experience & Skills
- Experience in leading a group of team, passion for building teams and growing talent
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
- Experience building user facing products on the web in large scale
- Passion for developing products that people love and use everyday.
- Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
- Focus on quality and simplicity.
