  • Businessmanagement
  • Develop sales and marketing strategy of the business unit, aligning with regional and global species’ strategy
  • Define clear business objectives and target of the BU, and allocate resources to achieve the target
  • Manage operating expense to maximize the profit of the BU
  • Responsible for sales target achievement by implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with key opinion leaders in the market and improve market intelligence in order to seek potential product and business opportunities.
  • Identify the business opportunity of new product and collaborate with regulatory team to register and launch new product.
  • Establish marketing plan for key products by collaboration with marketing managers
  • Manage dealer channel by evaluation of dealers’ performance regularly and implement technical and marketing activities to maximize the sales of poultry products
  • Maintain good relationship with key accounts and key opinion leaders by regular contact
  • Implement key account management program to key poultry integrators
  • Keep the high-level demand forecast accuracy to achieve the stable supply of poultry products
  • People management anddevelopment
  • Recruit and retain top talent to build a high performing team
  • Co-work with sales team lead & technical team lead and coach them in all aspects of performance vs. objectives in an ongoing & timely manner.
  • Build a productive working environment, winning team culture & trustworthy relationships as a business unit manager
  • Develop subordinates' Competency and Career aligned with MLB
  • Assures the team to comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards
